Get moving in our fitness area! You can warm up in the cardio zone, build strength in the gym and stretch in the yoga room. There’s something for everyone. You can also take regular classes, or work out with our qualified fitness trainers. Outdoor pitches, suitable for a wide variety of sports, are also available.

The heart of our fitness zone is the OCTAGON room, where you will find pulley machines, weights and other exercise equipment to get your heart pumping and keep your body strong.

cardio hall .

Develop your endurance, warm up your body and get a jump start! In the cardio zone you can use treadmills, rowing machines, air bikes, exercise bikes, stairs and other equipment to get ready for your game or for your busy day.

yoga room .

Join us for individual or group yoga classes in the yoga room. You can register online or just drop in if capacity permits. We would love to see you!

outdoor arenas .

You can play football, basketball, streetball, handball, floorball, volleyball, inline hockey or just work out at our multifunctional pitch with an artificial surface. We will be happy to lend you goalposts, goals, balls and other equipment, and if you are interested, we can book the entire field for you. Just let us know!

Personal training sessions are workouts with a personal trainer, designed to meet your goals.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

The circuit workout is a high-intensity interval workout for your entire body using a series of workout stations. Circuit training contains more strenuous elements than HIIT and TABATA exercise.
